They came to DCV seeking video communication to help in their donation outreach, with a goal of $300,000 for the December month.
As a team, working with their board, leadership, and aid recipients, we created a series of videos that aired on national media and social.

how we did it —
Working as a team with their board, leadership, and aid recipients, we created a series of videos that aired on national media and social.
The team scouted multiple locations settling on a home in Bethesda, MD, giving the right mix of homey and cozy during the holidays.
The challenge was creating a positive message around a heavy subject. Most stories from aid recipients are intense, but the talent selected for this production were some of the most positive individuals you'll meet. True heroes. We captured that energy in each persons unique way.
Video was shot using a Red Gemini 5K camera with Cooke lenses for a more organic feel.
